📝 Legal Reasoning and Writing - Statutory Intrepretation
🥇 I received an A+ in Legal Reasoning and Writing at AUT thanks to my incredibly comprehensive, 8-page notes.
These notes cover 19 different tools for statutory interpretation. (Please note: these notes solely cover statutory interpretation.)
🗒 Why these notes are incredible
I was the top of 13 law papers and the top-graduating student in my cohort. Almost every single grade I received was an A+. And I managed to do all this while not being a study hermit. Throughout my degree I always worked (sometimes full-time) and I also had a baby. I accredit heaps of my success to my incredible notes!

⭐️ I guarantee that my notes will be useful for you!
🗓 These notes were created in 2018 while I was studying at AUT. Although I cannot guarantee that they are an up-to-date account of the law, the cases and principles covered are all still relevant. Some of these concepts are thousands of years old and will not have changed dramatically in the past few years. However, the notes may be missing a few cases and potential developments made post 2018.
👩🏼💼 These notes are not intended to be legal advice and I (Julie Schmidt and Julie Schmidt Law) accept no responsibility for any action taken in reliance on these notes. (Thank you torts and contract for teaching me how to write disclaimers!)
📝 Once you put your payment through either PayPal or Stripe (which are both super secure), you will be provided with a Microsoft Word document to download. I give them to you in Word so that you can edit them and make them your own. I believe the notes are most effective if you use them as a base template for creating your own notes, as I always learned a lot through the note-making process.
💰 Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please read the description carefully before making your purchase. Here is my email if you would like to request a refund: julie@julieschmidtlaw.com
